Appointments & Cancellations

Treatment times include your consultation and preparation. For your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your consultation card.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. Missed appointments will be charged at 100%. If you cancel a promotional appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the promotion will no longer apply. Any applicable fee will be charged to the card on file.

If you need to cancel for medical reasons, we’ll waive the fee when you provide a doctor’s note within three days of your appointment.

Payment & Booking

A credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. No deposit is due when booking, but the cancellation policy applies.

Product Returns & Service Packages

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 24 hours of your appointment, provided they are unused, unopened, and have the original seal intact. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or changed from their original condition. This policy does not affect any rights provided by law.

Service packages are nonrefundable after 24 hours from your appointment. An exception may be made for medical reasons if you provide a doctor’s note within 72 hours of your appointment.

Your Health & Patch Testing

Please let us know before your appointment if you are pregnant so we can determine whether your treatment needs to be adjusted. Tell your esthetician about any medical conditions that may affect your service. Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone.

Patch testing is required before a chemical peel if you have never had one before, and for acne treatments. Full terms are available at the spa.
